Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in commercial real estate, including prospecting and qualifying leads across key business districts.



The Business Development Executive will manage the end-to-end client engagement cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to property shortlisting, site visits, proposal preparation, and deal negotiation. The position requires maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating closely with internal teams and property owners, and tracking market developments to provide informed advice. The role also includes preparing business reports, updating CRM tools, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and grow a robust sales pipeline.
Strong Business acumen, including understanding of commercial real estate dynamics and client business needs.
