Position : Assistant Manager – Visual Design & Video

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Design & Video Production to lead and execute the organisation’s visual communication across digital and offline channels.
The role requires strong capabilities in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics, along with practical knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools. The candidate should be comfortable translating business and marketing requirements into clear, engaging and brand-consistent communication suited to the financial services industry.

Principal Accountabilities:
Develop various internal and external static graphics and videos.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and communication strategy.
Continuously explore current design trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to support various campaigns with creative assets.
Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs.




Provide guidance and support to internal teams on using brand assets correctly.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and create high-quality visual communication for digital, social media, websites, performance marketing, internal communication and offline marketing requirements.
Design marketing collaterals including social media creatives, digital banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, emailers, standees, posters and other brand assets.
Conceptualise, edit and produce videos for product communication, corporate communication, customer education, social media, campaigns, events and internal communication.
Create short-form video content such as reels, social videos, motion graphics, explainers and product videos.
Develop storyboards, visual concepts and creative treatments based on marketing and business briefs.
Ensure consistency of the organisation’s brand identity, visual language and design guidelines across all communication.
