Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Lucknowi Mughlai Chef based in Bhopal. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing authentic Lucknowi and Mughlai dishes, while maintaining consistent taste, presentation, and quality. Daily tasks include menu development, portion planning, supervising kitchen staff, monitoring food preparation, and ensuring timely service during meal periods and events. The role also involves maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and food costs, coordinating with purchasing for fresh ingredients and spices, and supporting special menus, festivals, and banquets.



The Chef will collaborate with management to refine offerings, incorporate guest feedback, and uphold Reliable Group’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present authentic Lucknowi and Mughlai cuisine using traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control across all dishes.
Plan and develop seasonal menus, signature offerings, and special-event menus while preserving authentic flavours.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef, F&B; team, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Respond to guest feedback and continuously improve culinary offerings and service quality.
Contribute innovative ideas for menu enhancements, culinary promotions, and food festivals while preserving the authenticity of Lucknowi and Mughlai cuisine.

Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Lucknowi/Awadhi/Mughlai cui
