Key Responsibilities
● Own and deliver new business revenue targets.
● Build and manage a robust, diversified enterprise sales pipeline across MNCs, GCCs and corporate accounts.
● Drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting, engagement, proposal, negotiation, contract closure and revenue.
● Develop commercial proposals, pricing and SLAs aligned to enterprise requirements.
● Build relationships with HR, Global Mobility, Admin,
Procurement and CXO-level stakeholders.
● Identify high-potential segments and new account acquisition opportunities.
● Partner with Operations/Delivery teams to convert new wins into long-term, retained revenue.
● Own pipeline, conversion, forecasting and revenue reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
● 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales
● Strong track record of achieving new business revenue targets.
● Experience selling B2B services to corporates/enterprises; GCC exposure is a strong advantage.
● Strong commercial, negotiation and enterprise deal-making skills.
● Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
● Experience in Relocation, Mobility, Logistics, Facility Management, Hospitality or other B2B services preferred.
