About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to build and institutionalise our Corporate HR function, working closely with the leadership to bring structure and process to a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

Build the Corporate HR function from the ground up, including policies, SOPs, systems, governance frameworks and HR operations, creating a scalable operating model
Partner closely with leadership on organisation design, workforce planning and talent strategy, bringing more structure to how we think about people as we grow
Build a structured talent acquisition engine, covering hiring processes, evaluation frameworks, recruitment channels and pipelines, while personally leading hiring for senior and critical roles
Design performance and talent management frameworks, including KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, talent development and succession planning
Establish compensation and rewards frameworks, covering salary structures, benchmarking, annual reviews, incentives and promotions, ensuring internal equity and alignment with business goals




Set up robust HR operations and compliance, including employee lifecycle processes, HR MIS, HRMS, payroll governance, statutory compliance, grievance redressal and employee relations

Who We're Looking For

7 to 10 years of HR experience, with the ability to operate independently in a corporate environment
MBA or PGDM in HR from a well regarded institute (TISS, XLRI, MDI, IMT Ghaziabad, SIBM Pune, NMIMS or similar)
Demonstrated experience building HR systems, policies and processes from scratch, or significantly formalising them
Robust understanding of performance management, compensation, HR operations, governance and HRBP
Comfortable working as an individual contributor while also building and leading a lean HR team over time
Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience working closely with founders, promoters, CEOs or senior leadership
Experience in a promoter led, family owned, PE backed
