As we expand our footprint in Delhi NCR, we're looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground growth in the education sector.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of Robocaze for schools and colleges across Delhi NCR. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, procurement heads, and college administrators), and closing deals for our robotics kits, AI/ Robotics lab setups,



and training programs. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field and building long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive recent business acquisition through pure hunting and outbound sales strategies.
• Identify and target schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions, training organizations, skill-development centers, and other institutional accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and direct prospecting.
• Independently generate, qualify, and nurture leads with minimal reliance on inbound channels.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
• Identify key decision-makers and influencers such as principals, directors, deans,
