Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects and a strong expertise in Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving innovation through data analytics solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management within a cloud-based environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Azure Databricks implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders,
ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Mandatory Skills
Robust expertise in Azure Databricks, including data engineering and analytics.
Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud technologies and data architecture.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
