Job Summary
Responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare of hostel residents, ensuring a secure, well-managed, and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hostel operations, discipline, attendance, and student movements.
Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and university administration.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
Maintain hostel records, reports, and incident documentation.
Communicate with parents/guardians and university authorities when required.
Ensure the hostel remains protected, clean, disciplined, and student-friendly.

Candidate Profile
Candidates with 6–8+ years of experience in hostel/residential administration, preferably in a college, university, or student accommodation environment. Strong communication, leadership, discipline-management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
