Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships from initial enquiry through site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-management skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a good understanding of the real estate sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and property expectations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-ups on leads.
Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and lead status.
Act as a key point of contact between clients, sales executives, developers, and internal teams.
Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding projects, availability, pricing, offers, documentation, and booking processes.
Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Follow up with clients after site visits and identify opportunities to move prospects toward closure.
Coordinate the booking, documentation, payment, and post-booking process wherever required.
