Role Description The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and strengthening the organization’s Performance Management System, KRA/KPI framework,



Training & Development initiatives, and HR Compliance. The role will ensure that employees have clearly defined performance expectations, their performance is measured objectively, development needs are identified, and statutory/internal HR compliances are completed accurately and on time.
The position will work closely with Department Heads, Plant Heads, Managers and employees to drive a performance-oriented, learning-focused and compliance-driven HR culture.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR), with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
Ability to effectively manage Employee Relations and support the implementation and communication of HR Policies.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with
