? We’re Hiring: Business Development & Lead Generation Executive
Samavart is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to help us grow our client base in India and international markets.

Experience
0–2 years in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or similar roles.

Remote / Hybrid

What You’ll Do
• Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, business directories, marketplaces, and other channels
• Generate qualified leads for our software development and technology services
• Conduct personalized LinkedIn and email outreach
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and nurture business relationships
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team




• Assist in preparing proposals and moving prospects through the sales process
• Focus on acquiring clients from India as well as international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Europe
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
• Ability to research and identify the right decision-makers
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Prior experience in selling software/IT services will be an advantage

Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives
Compensation can be higher for candidates with strong experience and a proven track record in B2B/international sales.
