Are you a creative strategist with a passion for storytelling and social media trends? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across all platforms.

? About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s online voice. This is a energetic role where you’ll blend creativity, analytics, and leadership to craft content, drive engagement, and mentor a small but passionate team.

? Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Oversee daily posting, engagement, and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Lead and mentor a team of creators, designers, and executives
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and content teams
Track and optimize performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Stay updated with trends, algorithms,



and platform updates
Coordinate paid campaigns with performance marketing teams
Handle social media crises with professionalism and speed

✅ What We’re Looking For:
1 - 3 years of hands-on social media management experience
Proven team management or leadership experience
Strong grasp of all major platforms and content strategies
Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A creative mind with problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking workplace.

? Nice to Have
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
Previous agency experience or working with multiple brands.
