Role Description This is a full-time remote Performance Marketing role focused on driving measurable growth across PPStack’s digital channels. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across search, social, display,



and other paid media platforms to increase lead generation, enrollments, and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad accounts, conducting A/B tests, refining targeting and bidding strategies, and monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools. The Performance Marketing professional will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates. The role also includes preparing performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and staying current with best practices in digital and EdTech marketing.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support learner-centric initiatives.
Proficiency in Market Research to analyze audience behavior, competitive landscape, and campaign performance for data-driven decisions.
