Are you someone who understands Amazon Ads beyond just running campaigns?
Ledure Lightings Limited is looking for an E-commerce Ads Executive / Senior Executive who can plan, manage, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms.

What You’ll Be Working On
• Plan, execute and optimize Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Perform keyword research, search-term analysis and bid optimization
• Plan advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS, ACoS and TACoS
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, GMV, Revenue and Sales Growth
• Identify campaigns and keywords that need to be scaled, optimized or paused
• Work on product launches, seasonal campaigns and festive promotions
• Conduct competitor analysis and marketplace trend research
• Optimize campaign structures, placements,



bids and audiences
• Prepare campaign dashboards, reports and actionable performance insights
• Work closely with Category, Content, Catalogue, Pricing, Design and Supply Chain teams
• Manage advertising across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and BigBasket

What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–2+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads / Marketplace Advertising experience
✅ Solid understanding of Amazon PPC and performance marketing
✅ Good knowledge of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC and CVR
✅ Experience in campaign planning, keyword research, bidding and budget optimization
✅ Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Exposure to tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Pi, SellerMate or similar e-commerce tools
✅ Experience with Flipkart Ads / Quick Commerce Ads will be an added advantage
