We are looking for a Social Media Head to lead our social media function, build high-impact digital strategies and drive the next phase of growth across our client portfolio and SRV Media's own brand.

Role Overview
The Social Media Head will be responsible for owning the social media vision, strategy, creative direction and business performance across key accounts.
This is a leadership role requiring a strong combination of strategic thinking, creative understanding, platform expertise, client management and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to move seamlessly from developing a high-level social strategy to challenging creative ideas, interpreting performance data and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy




Own and develop comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands and industries.
Define platform-wise strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
Build content ecosystems covering organic content, campaigns, communities, creators and trends.
Identify emerging social trends, formats, technologies and consumer behaviours.
Develop innovative social-first campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and business impact.
Establish explicit social media KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Creative & Content Leadership
Provide strategic and creative direction to social media, content and creative teams.
Challenge conventional content approaches and push for platform-native, culturally relevant ideas.
Oversee content calendars, campaigns, social properties and major brand moments.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity and storytelling.
Drive the development of innovative formats including Reels, short-form video
