Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Customer Service Representative role based in Udaipur. The individual in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries about Bajaj Finserv products and services, and provide accurate information in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in the system,



escalating complex cases to relevant teams, and following up to ensure closure and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining service quality standards, adhering to call center protocols, and contributing to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction levels.
Experience in Customer Support and enhancing overall Customer Experience.
Prior work as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call center systems or CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple queries, and follow structured processes.
