We are looking for someone based in Kolkata to manage our participation at Threads of India — FICCI FLO x Karigari 5.0, a three-day textile and handicrafts exhibition.

What you'll do:
Receive and check stock ahead of the event (a day or two before)
Manage end-to-end stall operations for all three days
Handle inventory: unpacking, display setup, and tracking stock through the event
Be present at the stall for the full duration each day




Engage with visitors, explain our books and products, and drive sales
Manage cash/UPI payments and daily sales reconciliation
Coordinate logistics on ground (stall setup/breakdown, packing materials, coordination with venue staff)
Pack and dispatch unsold stock back to us after the event
Share daily updates with the Rooftop team (sales numbers, stock levels, visitor feedback)

Who we're looking for:
Based in Kolkata, available for the event dates (4-6 Sep) and a day before and after the event
Comfortable talking to people and confident with sales
Organized, reliable, and able to manage things independently on the ground
Prior experience at exhibitions, retail, or pop-ups

Pay: ₹5,000 for the event
