Role Description The Product Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s real estate offerings and explaining product features, advantages, and pricing to prospective and existing clients. The Product Expert will support sales teams with product knowledge, assist in preparing presentations and documentation, and respond to client queries with accurate and timely information. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to stay updated on new projects, tracking product-related feedback,



and contributing to improvements in customer experience. The role also requires maintaining organized records of product details and ensuring all information shared with clients is consistent and up to date.
Qualifications
Strong product understanding and the ability to clearly explain complex real estate offerings to clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Basic analytical and documentation skills for organizing product information and client feedback.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
Relevant experience in real estate, sales support, or product advisory roles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
