We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to drive WCMS's B2B growth by identifying potential business partners, building qualified relationships, generating qualified leads, and developing strategic collaborations across the financial and business ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with CAs, financial consultants, wealth managers, business consultants, NBFC professionals, corporate advisors, entrepreneurs, and other decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for WCMS.
Identify and build databases of potential B2B partners and business prospects.
Conduct LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other B2B outreach campaigns.
Generate and qualify partnership and business leads.
Connect with CAs, CSs, financial consultants, wealth managers, corporate advisors and business consultants.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential partners.
Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the WCMS leadership team.
Develop partnership opportunities across Referral,



B2B and Franchise models.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an organised lead pipeline.
Support event-based B2B lead generation and networking activities.
Prepare outreach messages, email campaigns, presentations and basic marketing collateral.
Track campaign performance, responses, meetings and conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Research market opportunities, competitors and potential strategic partners.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, Lead Generation or Partnership Marketing.
Experience in financial services, NBFC, fintech, investment, banking, consulting or related sectors is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and business owners.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing and digital
