Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development – IT professional with 8–13 years of experience to drive business growth through current client acquisition, relationship management, and sales of IT, software, digital, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and technology solutions.
• Handle presentations, proposals, negotiations, and complete sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams for customized solutions.




• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 08–13 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
• Strong experience in IT services, software, SaaS, digital solutions, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B/enterprise sales and IT solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
