Master's in aerospace or mechanical engineering with focus on composite structures
5+ years of experience as a structure engineer of wind turbine blades or similar composite structures - modeling / manufacturing / root cause analyses for damages/failures
Robust familiarity with wind turbine blade manufacturing and NCR dispositions (a) Support dispositioning the factory NCRs, improve processes, quality and production efficiency (b) Lead RCAs of field issues and provide smart corrective and preventive actions for the operating fleet
