We’re looking for a Marathi-speaking Influencer Marketing Executive who understands creators, local culture, content, and what makes social media audiences engage.

What You'll Do

* Identify, research, and onboard influencers who align with Flo Mattress and our target audience
* Build and maintain robust relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies
* Manage creator outreach, negotiations, briefing, coordination, and follow-ups
* Handle influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and content coordination to execution
* Coordinate with internal content, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery




* Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI
* Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records
* Identify high-performing creator content that can be repurposed for ads, websites, and other marketing campaigns
* Stay updated on Marathi creators, regional content trends, and Maharashtra’s social media ecosystem

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, creator partnerships, or a similar role
* Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
* Good understanding of Marathi creators, audiences, and regional content trends
* Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working with Excel and campaign tracking sheets
* Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
* Someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and gets things done
