We are looking for a Jr. Purchase Executive to support our procurement and purchase operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of purchase processes, vendor coordination, quotation analysis and documentation.

• Handle day-to-day purchase activities and material requirements.
• Manage PR → RFQ → Vendor Comparison → Negotiation → PO → GRN → Invoice.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Compare quotations and support vendor selection.
• Prepare and maintain purchase-related documents.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Support vendor management and quotation analysis.




• Coordinate with internal teams and Accounts for purchase-related activities.
• Maintain purchase records using MS Excel / ERP.

• 06 Months – 1 Year of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Basic understanding of the purchase cycle.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• ERP / purchase software knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
