Role : Sales & Account Manager
Experience: 2–5 Years
Type: Full-time
Shift-6:00 PM To 3:00 AM (US Shift)

We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager with strong B2B sales and client relationship skills to drive new business, manage existing accounts, and grow client revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound sales.
Connect with decision-makers, understand business requirements, and deliver sales presentations.
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Conduct regular client review calls and coordinate with internal teams on campaign performance.
Handle client feedback, concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and client reactivation opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, agreements, billing, and account documentation.




Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience in cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, and client management.
Strong relationship-building and target-oriented approach.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers.
