Role Description The Generalist (Growth) role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through hands-on execution across multiple functions, including marketing campaigns, partnership outreach, and operations support.

Day-to-day work may include analyzing customer data to identify growth opportunities, running small experiments to improve conversion,



activating offline channels to refine the try-before-you-pay experience, and supporting customer communication across channels.
Requirements:
Comfort working in an early-stage startup, with adaptability, ownership, and willingness to learn quickly - do not crumble under chaos, if you want structure then we might not be the best fit
Interest in beauty and personal care
Strong communication skills and first principles thinking
