About Volody:
Volody is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring, employee engagement, and people initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is interested not only in recruitment but also in understanding people, workplace culture, employee experience, and what makes teams thrive. The intern will work closely with the HR team and leadership to help build a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment at Volody.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Review and shortlist resumes based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and applicant records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Assist in preparing and publishing job descriptions and job postings.
Support offer coordination and pre-joining activities.
Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
People & Culture
Support initiatives that strengthen Volody's workplace culture and employee experience.
Engage with employees to understand their experiences, concerns, and suggestions.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team events, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives.
Support employee onboarding and help new employees feel welcomed and connected.
Help gather employee feedback through informal interactions, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive work setting.
Support internal communication and people-related initiatives.
Help document and promote Volody's culture, values, and employee initiatives.
