Hiring: HR Intern – Campus Recruitment & Outreach

We’re looking for enthusiastic and proactive candidates to join us as HR Interns for a 3-month Work From Home internship.
This role is ideal for students or freshers who are interested in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Campus Hiring and want to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with college students and placement representatives.
Share internship/job opportunities and explain the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the HR team.
Send interview reminders and track candidate responses.
Maintain recruitment data using Google Sheets/Excel.
Support campus recruitment drives and student outreach activities.

Who Can Apply?




Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation or fresh graduates.
Freshers with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates interested in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is preferred.

Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Work From Home
Stipend: ₹5,000/month
Experience: Freshers & students welcome
Certificate: Internship Certificate upon successful completion
