Pre-Sales Manager
Experience- 5-10 Yrs (3 yrs Min in Real-estate)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore.
Joining: Immediate to 15 days Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements
• Qualify leads based on budget, configuration, location, and purchase timeline
• Make outbound calls and ensure effective follow-ups
• Convert qualified leads into site visits
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in CRM
• Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth lead handovers and site visits
• Follow up with customers after site visits and support the conversion process
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions
• Achieve targets related to calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions
