Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Sales Engineer role based in Guwahati. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with industrial customers to understand their instrumentation and automation requirements,



propose suitable Radix solutions, and support the sales cycle from initial inquiry to order closure. The role includes preparing technical and commercial offers, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. The Technical Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, handle customer queries, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the region. Regular customer visits, market feedback collection, and reporting on sales activities and opportunities are integral parts of the role.
Qualifications

Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate instrumentation and automation solutions.
Experience in Sales and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth and maintain
