Role Description The Senior Admission Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding prospective students through their higher education decision-making journey. This role involves engaging with students and families via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels to understand their goals, explain program options, and clarify admissions processes. The counselor will present Compare Degree’s offerings, support users in comparing institutions and programs,



and help them interpret data on costs, courses, and career outcomes. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with leads, collaborating with internal teams to improve counseling resources, and contributing to outreach activities such as info sessions and events. The Senior Admission Counselor is expected to model best practices, mentor junior counselors, and provide feedback on tools and content that enhance the student experience.
