Working closely with the CEO, Artistic Director, creative teams, workshop and external production partners, you will help deliver ambitious, high-quality theatre and events across La Boite's venues and on tour.
We are looking for a collaborative, proactive leader who thrives in a quick-paced creative environment, is confident at solving problems, and values inclusion, team building and developing artists and technical practitioners. Experience working with diverse artists and communities will be highly regarded.
