Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships & hierarchies
Define golden record, match/merge, survivorship & source-of-truth strategies
Develop conceptual, logical & physical data models
Perform source-system analysis and source-to-target mappings
Translate business requirements into MDM architecture and technical designs
Collaborate with business, data, integration & engineering teams
Guide implementation using Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee or similar platforms
Must Have:
✅ Strong MDM/Data/Solution Architecture experience
✅ Hands-on experience designing and building MDM data models
✅ Solid knowledge of golden records, match/merge, survivorship & data governance
✅ Experience with complex enterprise data and multiple source systems
✅ Strong architecture, data modeling & stakeholder management skills
Candidates should be ready to walk through a real MDM solution they designed, covering entities, attributes, relationships, source mappings, golden records, match/merge and survivorship.
