As a Cluster Head, you will be a critical member of the organization, responsible for developing and implementing Sales strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) revenue portfolio the organization.

About the role:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple project sites, sales teams, and business operations within an assigned geographical cluster. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth,



team performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and business profitability across all projects under the cluster. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, sales management, operational control, and stakeholder management capabilities with proven experience in real estate sales leadership

What you will own:

Business & Revenue Ownership
• Own and drive sales targets, revenue achievement, and business performance across all assigned projects within the cluster.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize inventory movement, bookings, and revenue generation.
• Monitor project-wise sales performance and implement corrective action plans wherever required.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
