Role Description The Factory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations for home furnishings - hard goods and related products. The role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating resources,



and ensuring timely order fulfillment in line with quality and safety standards. The Factory Manager supervises factory staff, optimizes workflows, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with design, merchandising, production, supplier and sales teams to align production with customer requirements, managing inventory and materials, and ensuring compliance with sustainability and regulatory guidelines. The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floors, prompt resolution of operational issues, and clear reporting to senior management on performance and key metrics.
