Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing, promotional, customer engagement and retail marketing activities for the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of local and retailer marketing campaigns in line with JLR brand guidelines.
Coordinate offline marketing activities, showroom branding, POS materials, brochures and promotional campaigns.
Support customer and dealership marketing events and activations.
Work with the Global Retailer Marketing System (GRMS) for accessing and customising approved marketing assets.
Use Marketing Asset Management and Ad Builder tools to customise and coordinate marketing materials.
Coordinate with Sales,



Aftersales, agencies and internal teams for timely execution of marketing activities.
Track marketing activities, timelines, budgets and campaign deliverables.
Prepare and maintain marketing reports as required.
Support customer engagement activities and maintain/update customer information.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and marketing processes.
Preferred Experience
2–4 years of experience in Marketing / Retail Marketing / Automotive Marketing.
Automobile dealership or retail marketing experience is highly preferred.
Experience in offline marketing and event coordination.
Experience with GRMS, Marketing Asset Management or Ad Builder will be highly preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and execution skills.
Candidate should be comfortable working 6 days from office.
Candidates residing in or around Whitefield/Bengaluru preferred.
