Your Mission
You will be responsible for helping customers understand the benefits of solar energy and guiding them from their first enquiry to the decision to go solar.
Your goal is straightforward:
Generate opportunities. Build trust. Close sales. Make an impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:
? Convert Leads into Customers
Connect with prospective residential, commercial and industrial customers.




Understand their electricity consumption and energy requirements.
Explain the financial and environmental benefits of rooftop solar.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and follow-ups.
? Drive Revenue
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and field activities.
? Become a Solar Advisor
Educate customers about rooftop solar, savings, financing options and applicable government schemes.
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and customized proposals.
Guide customers through the sales and decision-making process.
? Build Relationships
Develop long-term relationships with customers, channel partners and referral networks.
Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
