Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketer role for freshers based in Thane. The role involves assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and supporting social media optimization activities. The Social Media Marketer will help in basic content strategy, coordinate with the design and content teams, and track campaign performance using analytics tools. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with the ability to manage and grow brand presence on key platforms.
Communication skills,



including clear written and verbal communication for engaging with audiences and internal teams.
Basic understanding of Content Strategy to support planning and alignment of posts with campaign objectives.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma (e.g., Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field) is preferred.
Interest in social media trends, creativity in ideation, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in office in Thane, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
