We're Hiring: HR Manager (Full-time, On-site – Malda)

In this role, you'll:
Own the end-to-end hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding
Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with care
Help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture




Coordinate training and development programs
Manage HR documentation and HRIS records
Work closely with leadership on organizational growth and retention strategies
What we're looking for:
Solid experience in recruitment and workforce planning within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Hands-on knowledge of performance management and employee engagement
Comfort with HR tools/HRIS and policy documentation
Good understanding of labor laws and employee relations best practices
Strong communication and negotiation skills — you'll be working across diverse teams
Ability to coordinate training and coach leadership
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in uPVC, construction materials, or manufacturing sector preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and grounded in ethical decision-making
Ready to work on-site in Malda and collaborate closely with the operations and manageme
