About Taivas:
Taivas Edutech is a Startup India and MSME-recognised edtech company training students in debate, public speaking and communication. We've run programmes with Up-to-date Public School, Bal Bharati, The Shri Ram School and Shalom Presidency, and short-term events at IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras and top IIMs.

The Role:
You'll be the first person a parent speaks to. You'll take inbound leads from our campaigns, understand what the child needs, explain the right programme, and take the family from first call to a confirmed enrolment.

What You'll Do:
Call, follow up and counsel inbound parent leads from Meta and other campaigns
Explain programme structure, batches and timings clearly, and recommend the right fit




Book and drive attendance for demo sessions; convert demos into paid enrolments
Own your enrolment targets and pipeline hygiene on the CRM
Onboard enrolled students — batch allocation, LMS access, first-class handholding
Share ground-level feedback on objections, pricing and lead quality with the marketing team

What We're Looking For:
Excellent spoken English and Hindi; confident on the phone with parents
Strong listening skills — this is consultative counselling, not scripted selling
Comfortable with numbers, targets and daily follow-up discipline
Basic proficiency with CRM/Google Sheets/WhatsApp Business
Graduate in any discipline; prior edtech admissions or inside-sales experience is a plus
