B2B Sales Executive – Mesmerize India
About the Role
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and closing sales.
Your role will focus on generating business across three key sales channels. You'll actively reach out to potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into orders. This is a target-driven role where you'll play an important part in growing Mesmerize India's B2B and high-value sales.
While this is primarily an office-based sales role, occasional field visits will be required for client meetings, corporate presentations, retail partnerships, and representing Mesmerize India at exhibitions, pop-up events, and curated markets such as Lil Flea,etc.

Your Key Sales Channels
1. Corporate Gifting (B2B)
Generate bulk orders from companies, agencies, startups, and corporate clients.
Build long-term relationships with businesses for repeat gifting requirements.
Focus on seasonal campaigns during Diwali,Rakhi and other feswhile also generating business throughout the year.




Upsell existing corporate clients with recent product collections and gifting solutions.
2. Wedding & Bespoke Orders
Generate bulk jewellery orders for weddings, bridesmaids, family functions, return gifts, and special occasions.
Handle customised and bespoke jewellery requirements for wedding clients.
Follow up and convert leads generated through Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of custom orders.
3. D2C Concierge Sales
Handle premium customer enquiries that require personal assistance before purchase.
Convert high-value enquiries into orders through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and consultations.
Build relationships with customers and help them choose the right products.
Basic website orders will be handled by the performance marketing team—your focus will be on concierge and high-value sales.
