Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth and market presence for LIT Rolling Good Times within assigned territories. This role includes managing key retail and distribution partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales planning, monitor performance metrics, conduct regular market visits,



and gather customer and competitor insights to inform strategy. The position also involves collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams, training and supporting sales staff, and maintaining robust relationships with channel partners to ensure excellent product visibility and availability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in area or regional sales management, preferably in consumer products, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
Strong skills in territory management, account management, and channel development.
Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and use insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
