About the Role

We are looking for a Director – Sales & Business Development to take ownership of Kirix Innovations' revenue growth and business development strategy.




This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify high-value opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop enterprise accounts, create strategic partnerships, and build a scalable sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to define our go-to-market strategy, identify priority sectors, build the sales function, and establish Kirix as a preferred partner for brands looking for technology-led and experiential solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Own the overall sales and business development strategy for Kirix Innovations.
Define revenue targets, sales priorities, market segments, and go-to-market strategies.
Identify high-growth sectors and recent business opportunities across retail, jewellery, consumer brands, experiential
