Role Description This full-time, in office Jr. Architect role is based in the Greater Chennai Area and supports the planning and execution of real estate and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in architectural design, preparing drawings and layouts, supporting design development and revisions, and coordinating with project managers and site teams. The Jr. Architect will help integrate design requirements with construction constraints, participate in project documentation,



and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves collaborating with consultants, attending site visits, and contributing to design presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concept plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic scheduling, coordination with cross-functional teams, and tracking design-related project milestones.
