Role Summary:
The Executive – Manufacturer Partnerships & Onboarding will act as the primary point of contact between manufacturers, the onboarding agency, and Rafttaar.ai. The role involves manufacturer outreach, onboarding coordination, stakeholder engagement, and supporting strategic partnership initiatives to drive growth of the Rafttaar.ai ecosystem.

Reporting to : AVP – Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for prospective and onboarded manufacturers throughout the onboarding journey.
Coordinate closely with the onboarding agency to ensure timely manufacturer onboarding, cataloging, documentation collection, and profile completion.
Conduct daily follow-ups with manufacturers and the onboarding agency to track progress and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
Support the AVP – Strategic Partnerships in outreach and engagement with industry associations and ecosystem partners.
Assist in identifying and engaging new manufacturers across target categories for onboarding onto the platform.




Schedule and coordinate meetings online/offline meetings , product demonstrations, Teams calls, and onboarding discussions with manufacturers.
Participate in first-round meetings with prospective manufacturers, associations, and strategic partners, as required.
Build and maintain manufacturer databases, outreach trackers, and onboarding reports.
Coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums to generate new manufacturer leads.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding status within CRM and reporting systems.
Travel as required for business meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, Aviation, Construction, or related industries.
Robust communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS
