Required Skills
Solid experience in WordPress plugin development
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
Deep understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and plugin architecture
Experience with WordPress REST API and third-party API integrations
Knowledge of custom post types, taxonomies, and database optimization
Experience with Git/version control systems
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Understanding of website security and performance optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
Familiarity with hosting/server environments and deployment workflows
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Experience with headless WordPress implementations is an added advantage
