Role Description The Gem / Bid Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing end-to-end bidding activities, particularly on government e-marketplace (GeM) and other tender platforms.



This role involves identifying relevant tenders, analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant, competitive bids. The Gem / Bid Manager will oversee bid timelines, maintain bid documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies and client specifications. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing bid content, updating tender trackers, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with sales, finance, and technical teams to optimize win rates. The role also requires continuous monitoring of market trends and government procurement guidelines to enhance bid strategies.
