About the Role:

We are a fast-moving AI engineering and delivery company serving US enterprise clients. As our HR Intern, you will sit close to the founding team and own real, end-to-end people operations — from sourcing and coordinating interviews to onboarding new hires and helping shape our early culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how HR actually works inside a scaling startup, not just observe it.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and referral networks; maintain and update the candidate pipeline.
Screen resumes against role requirements and conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and the founding team; keep everyone informed and on time.




Manage the applicant tracking process and keep recruitment trackers, dashboards, and records accurate and current.
Draft and post job descriptions and job ads across relevant platforms.
Support end-to-end onboarding of new joiners — documentation, IT/access coordination, and first-week experience.
Assist with HR operations: employee records, leave/attendance tracking, and policy documentation.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communications.
Support ad-hoc People & Founder's Office projects as the company scales.

Who We're Looking For:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Available to work full-time, on a hybrid basis in Gurgaon, for the full 6-month duration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
