We are now scaling our real estate broker and advisory partnerships across India.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior partnerships person to build and manage Nestara's real estate broker partnership network across India. This person will be responsible for acquiring new broker/advisory partners, activating existing relationships, managing live partner accounts, and driving qualified home-loan, balance transfer and top-up referrals through the broker channel. The role needs someone who understands real estate partners, can build trust with both external partners and internal teams, and can convert partnerships into repeat business.



This is also an prospect to be part of a larger transformation in the real estate and home-loan ecosystem. The broker/advisory market is still largely offline and relationship-led, while customers increasingly expect faster clarity, better options and smoother execution. Nestara is building the technology and fulfilment layer to move this ecosystem forward.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Acquisition Identify, pitch and onboard real estate brokers, advisory firms, channel partners and real estate platforms that can refer quality home-loan, balance transfer and top-up cases to Nestara. Build a strong partner pipeline across large institutional brokerages, mid-sized advisory firms and high-quality local broker networks.

2. Partner Activation & Account Management Activate newly onboarded partners and ensure they understand Nestara's proposition, referral process and service model. Re-engage dormant relatio
