Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities, including identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with educators, institutions, and partners.



This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue and growth targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with platform capabilities and market needs, while maintaining solid, long-term client relationships. The role also includes monitoring market trends, reporting on sales performance, and providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Experience in account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder communication within B2B or SaaS environments.
