Graphic Designer & Video Editor (0–1 Years Experience)About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about creating engaging visuals, editing high-performing videos, and bringing ideas to life across digital and print media, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create impactful creatives for social media, performance marketing campaigns, and offline branding while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content for digital platforms.
Develop motion graphics and basic animations when required.
Design high-converting creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, signage, and in-store branding.
Adapt creatives across multiple formats, including static posts, carousels, and basic motion graphics.
Collaborate with marketing, content,



and internal teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, video formats, social media best practices, and creative tools.
Deliver high-quality creatives within campaign deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (e-commerce experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (After Effects proficiency is a plus).
Understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad formats and creative best practices.
Good understanding of performance marketing and current social media trends.
Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
